Our Safety structure consists of a steering committee and subcommittees made completely of non-management associates. The Steering Committee's mission is to make all associates aware of safety at all times by developing their sense of safety consciousness on and off the job. The Lockhart Power Company Safety Process has two basic cornerstones: 1. Lockhart Power Teams will develop an uncompromising Safety & Health Environment. 2. Lockhart Power Teams have basic belief that all incidents can and will be prevented.
